Matthew 21 | The Rejected King

Jesus’ parable in Matthew 21 is a word of warning for those of us who are comfortable, those of us who are getting by just fine, those of us who are good people of right standing in our community, our friends, our neighbours… in fact, I’m pretty confident that if I stood in front of God tonight, he’d be pretty stoked with me too. Jesus says “Beware! Your life is not your own. The owner of the vineyard is coming and he will claim what is rightfully his.
